One thing that’s really pissed me off recently is the BBCs coverage of the Libyan documents that provide evidence the British secret service personnel were cosy with Libyan officials in the Gaddafi government.
The worst example of this was a sanctimonious Jeremy Bowen gleefully recounting this shocking exposee!
Of course employees of HM Government were friendly with Gaddafi and co. It is precisely their job to befriend and collaborate with whoever is in power, and sometimes, when it isn’t clear who will be in power in 2 weeks time, you might find (squeal in horror) that we turncoat British folk are talking very nicely to both sides or three sides!
Grow up BBC! Don’t play dumb like this. It looks very silly.
